Herman A. Klaisle

Herman A. Klaisle, passed away Wednesday at the age of 84. It is with sadness that we say goodbye to Herman. He was born on December 8, 1935 in Syracuse to Mary Ursula (Schilling) and Hermann Klaisle. Herman parents emigrated to the United States from Germany in 1927. Herman's Father passed away when was seven and his sister Johanna was five years old. His mother remarried Joseph Dengler, who was widowed and had two children, Karl and Marian Dengler. Mary and Joseph raised their children together in a loving home.
Herman worked for Syracuse Savings Bank from 1059 until his retirement in 1991. After his retirement he enjoyed many years at his camp on Otisco Lake where he had many get- togethers with family and friends.
He was predeceased by his Mother, Father and step-father and also his sisters Johanna Quantrille and Marion Dengler.
Herman is survived by a nephew Tim Quantrille and Great niece Jada Quantrille and many more nieces, nephews and cousins here and in Germany.
To my great friend Frank Martin thank you so much for taking such wonderful care of me and being there for me. He also leaves behind close friends, Tom, Lorn, Nic, Frank, Joyce and others he has known for many years and forged long term relations with. He was a very special person and will missed by us all.
Mass of Christian Burial on Thursday at 10:00am in Assumption Church. Burial in Assumption Cemetery. Calling hours are Wednesday 4-7pm at Gang Memorial Chapel 104 Fordham Rd at Teall Ave. Masks required at both.
