Charles F. Jordan, 75, passed away peacefully on August 13 of complications related to ALS, Lou Gehrig's disease, at the Syracuse Veterans Administration Medical Center.  He was born in Rockville Center, NY, son of WIlliam and Helen Jordan.  He graduated from LeMoyne College with a B.S. in Industrial Relations, and received his M.B.A. from Xavier University.  Charles was an Army veteran of the Vietnam War. Charlie, as he was known, was Co-owner and Retail Manager of the family business, Jordan Lobster Farms, in Island Park, NY.  His retirement years were spent between Palm Springs, CA and Dewitt, NY. 

Charles is survived by his wife of 52 years, Elena Tassinari Jordan; three brothers, William, Stephen, and Michael Jordan; three sisters, Barbara McGovern, Patricia Nagler, and Mary Kay Iffinger; and, several nieces and nephews.

A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated at 10am on Thursday, August 20, in Holy Cross Church, Dewitt.  Visitation will take place prior to the Mass.  Entombment with Military Honors in St. Mary's Mausoleum will follow. 

In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to ALS Association Upstate NY Chapter, 135 Old Cove Road, Ste 213, Liverpool, NY 13090.
