Barbara “Bobbie” A, Harrison, 86, of Liverpool, NY passed away peacefully on Friday at the home built 59 years ago by her husband, Verne, in the presence of her loving family and caregivers. She was born in New Rochelle NY and was raised in Syracuse by her loving parents George and Cornelia, Holden. She graduated from Eastwood High School in 1951. She served as a school bus driver in Phoenix, NY while raising her 4 children. She was active in Christ the King Church and as a Girl Scout leader and enjoyed spending time with her family and lifelong friends Joan and Shirley. She was predeceased by her parents and her beloved husband.
She is survived by her four children: Lee Stabler, Cynthia (Rick) Harrison-Staub, Daniel (Joyce) Harrison, Timothy Harrison, 8 grandchildren, and her sister- and brother-in law Bonnie and David Shaban. The family is extremely grateful to her loving and devoted caregivers Melissa and Deborah.
A private family burial will be held graveside and a celebration of life will occur after the pandemic.
