Audrey Sperry
April 16, 2020
Audrey Sperry,85, was a life long resident of Syracuse. After graduating from Central High she joined the accounting department of NY Telephone, retiring in 1991. Audrey loved the outdoors, she could be found working in her yard, tending to her geraniums or soaking up the summer's sunshine at Brennan"s Beach all the while sporting her signature coral lipstick.
Audrey was predeceased by her dear friend Olive Franklin, a favorite nephew Brendan Donohue and sweet niece Katy Donohue. We're sure there will be lots of hugs in heaven.
Those left to cherish her memories are the 3rd, 4th & 5th generations of the Mighty Franklin Clan, Gwen and her many friends from the Telephone Pioneers of America, Pat and her wonderful Lyncourt friends.
Audrey gathered even more fans at Brookdale and Iroquois, We would like to send a huge thank you to their amazing , kind and caring "Hot Dog" staff. We truly appreciated the ability to FaceTime with her these last few months.
We will miss her wicked sense of humor, those witty terms of endearment, her love of ALL Dogs and her ability to make all those around her feel comfortable. We will always remember her contagious laugh and that favorite quote when parting " We sure do have fun when we get together".
