Timothy J. Welch (Timmy), 53, of Minoa, NY passed away at Upstate Medical Center on December 1, 2023. He is predeceased by his father Michael J. Welch and his faithful golden retriever, Murphy. He is survived by his mother, Linda Gilkey Welch, two brothers: Patrick Welch (Lori) and Matthew Welch (Kathleen), twin sisters Kimberly Kovarik (Steve) and Carol Jones (Marc), his uncle, Mark Gilkey (Sally), aunt (Christine Gilkey), and 14 very loved nieces and nephews, of whom Timmy was very proud of their accomplishments both academically and athletically. Timmy was a life-long resident of Minoa, NY and installed fences as well as pool liners for a living. Timmy also enjoyed fishing, deer and turkey hunting in Hamilton, NY with his father and brothers. Services will be private for family members only.
