Mildred S. Carey February 14, 2013 Mildred Stringer Carey, 95, formerly of Syracuse passed away at John Knox Village, Pompano Beach Fla. where she resided. She was the daughter of Pauline and Glenn Stringer and worked at the family business of B.G. Stringer Inc. She was married to William F. Carey who predeceased her in 1997. She is survived by daughter Nancy DeCoursey, a son James Taylor, four Kelly Tibbetts, Kimberly Taylor, Glenn Taylor, Kathleen Bohemier, four great grandchildren Matthias Rokahr, Aleksandra Taylor, Veronica Taylor, Emily Taylor. Services 6:30pn Monday at Gang Memorial Chapel. Private burial in Woodlawn Cemetery. Calling hours are 5-6:30pm at the funeral home. Contributions to the American Kidney Foundation.
