Mary L. Billings January 8, 2015 Mary Rousell Billings, 76 , of Baldwinsville passed away Thursday at Community General Hospital. She was born in Burke, N.Y. to James and Evelyn Rouselle and has resided in the Syracuse area most of her life. She retired from the VIP Company. She is survived by seven children, Elrick F. Snyder (Al), Darleen L. Snyder, Linda A. Youngs, Jack K. Snyder,James Snyder, Anna M.
