Madeline (Pat) Duda, 86 of Syracuse , passed on Tuesday June 6, 2023 at Loretto. Pat was born in Syracuse daughter of James And Agnes Garvey of Lacy Place,Syracuse. She graduated from East Syracuse High School with honors. She was also a graduate of Carrier Corporation Business School. Pat worked many years for the Associate Dean at Lemoyne College. She is predeceased by her husband Jerome, brothers ,James, Michael and Raymond Garvey. Surviving are her sons Jay (Tammy) Duda of Chittenango, Scott (Jill) Duda of Florida, Edward of Camillus, and daughter Kelley (Mark) of Tully. her brother Edward Garvey of Roanoke,VA,  Six grandchildren, Craig (Erica) of Vernon, NY Katie Duda of Chittenango, Tiernan and Liam Tobin of Tully, Trent  and Caroline Duda of Florida, two great grandchildren and several nieces and nephews A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated 10:00 Am Monday July 3, 2023 at St Vincent DePaul Church 342 Vine St. Syracuse. Burial will be in St. Mary's Cemetery, Dewitt.
