Leona A. Burgess November 28, 2014 Leona A. Waters Burgess, 86, of Mattydale passed away peacefully on Friday at Loretto Health Care. She was a life resident of Syracuse. She was a communicant of St. Margaret's Church. She is a member of the Salina Senior Citizens. She was predeceased by her husband Norman and two sons Michael and Paul Burgess. She is survived by four grandchildren, Jessica Kalaf, Evan Burgess, Melisa Eddy, and Christopher Eddy, daughter-in-law Mary Burgess, a cousin Virginia Hodell, two-grand daughters Julia and Joslyn. A Mass of Christian Burial Wednesday at 8:15 AM at Gang Memorial Chapel.  9:00AM in St. Margaret's Church. Burial in Assumption Cemetery. Calling hours are Tuesday 4-7 PM at the funeral home. 104 Fordham Rd at Teall Ave.
