Joseph H. Santy April 15, 2018 Joseph H. Santy Jr., 90, of Syracuse passed away on Sunday at the Bishop Rehabilitation and Nursing Center. He was a life resident of Syracuse and the son of the late Joseph and Lillian Zimmer Santy. He was retired from the Instrument department of the  Clark Music Company. Joe was a member of the Musicians Union. He was an accomplished Balalaika and string instrument player and played at one time at the Three Guitars in NYC. Joe is survived by his brother Gerald (Patricia) Santy, several nieces and nephews. No Services. Burial in Woodlawn Cemetery.
