Fredericka Joan Peters

Fredericka Joan Peters, "Joanne", of Syracuse. Heaven received another Angel on Sept. 4, when our beloved Mother and Grandmother passed away. She was a devoted wife and mother who will be missed more than words can express.

Fredericka was predeceased by her husband and love of her life Ronald F. Peters an Oct 5, 1991.

Together they had seven children, Linda Peters, Sandra (Rick) Morton, Donna Cusano, Kathryn Peters, Ronald (Stella) Peters, Christine (Jeff) Baker, Amy Peters. Nine grandchildren and six great grandchildren.

She was also predeceased by her parents and sister Wynette Coleman.

She worked for Wegmans for 33 years as well as working for the Electoral Polls, The Catholic Mother House and Assumption School. Joanne enjoyed gardening, sewing, quilting, crossword puzzles, reading and watching murder mysteries and good music. But most of all she loved spending time with her family playing cards and enjoying life with them.

Services will be private.
