Florence Stachowicz November 15,2015 Florence Mello Stachowicz, 90, of Syracuse passed away Monday. She was a life resident of Syracuse. Florence was the daughter of Costa and Helen Asimidou Mello. She retired from Sky Chef Restaurant at Hancock International Airport.  She was a lifelong member of St. Sophia's Greek Church. Florence was predeceased by her husband George. She is survived by two sons Steve Stackowicz, of Cato and Deno (Cheryl)  Stackowicz, of Mass. Several nieces and nephews. Services Thursday 12:00 noon at Gang Memorial Chapel. Calling hour Thursday 11am - 12 pm at funeral home 104 Fordham Rd. at Teall Ave. Burial in Oakwood Cemetery.
