Christopher L. Rinaldi, 40, of Syracuse passed away Thursday at St. Joseph's Hospital after a brief illness. He was born in Orange N.J. and has only resided in Syracuse for the last 9 months. He was a teacher with the Syracuse City School District working at Blodgett Middle School. Christopher was an avid fan of Comic Con, particularly enjoyed Star Wars.

He is survived by his wife of eleven years Sara Bennett, his father Gerald Rinaldi, a sister Danielle Alchowiak
