Carol A. Atkins September 22, 2012 Carol A. France Atkins, 61 of Syracuse passed away Saturday at St. Joseph's Hospital after a brief illness. She was a life resident of Syracuse. Carol was employed with Syracuse University Library with more than 30 years of service. Carol is survived by a son Dennis Atkins, of Virginia Beach, VA. two grandchildren Services 7 PM Wednesday at Gang Memorial Chapel.
