Barbara N. Dubiel January 11, 2018 Barbara N. Tretsch Dubiel, 95, of Syracuse passed away Thursday at St. Joseph's Hospital after a brief illness. She was a life resident of Syracuse. Barbara was employed with Syracuse China Corp. for 42 years and retired in 1984. She was a communicant of Assumption Church and a member of Its' Altar and Rosary Society. She was a member of St. Joseph the Worker Society at Assumption and the Ladies Catholic Benevolent Association. Barbara volunteered many hours at Assumption Church in all the church activities. She was predeceased by her husband Walter A Dubiel in 1994. Barbara is survived by a son Walter Michael (Barbara) Dubiel, of Longueuil, Quebec Canada, two grandchildren Andree dubiel, Roman ( Amanda) Dubiel, one great granddaughter, Several nieces, nephews and friends. Services Saturday 8:30 am at Gang Memorial Chapel, Mass of Christian Burial 9:00 am in Assumption Church. Burial in Assumption Cemetery.
