Mike and Family,
I don't have the words to express how much your Mom, (our Normie), is missed. She was unequivocally a very significant part of our family. She was the kindest, most generous, and thoughtful person I've ever known. My kids thought of her as another grandparent and love her very much, as do the rest of us. Thank you for sharing her with us!

Sincerely,
Kim, (Mike, Josh, Devin, Corinne, Derek, Donna, Gene, & Hilda)

Sincerest sympathies to family, friends, and parishioners of Assumption parish in the passing of my cousin "Normie." She was quietly found hard at work behind the scenes in service to others and Assumption Church: cleaning the interior of the church, decorating the altar, washing altar linens, cooking and washing dishes, helping prepare Sauerbraten dinners, holiday meals, and volunteering at parish celebrations and fundraisers. In our family, Normie was very fond of all the children and she loved to greet them. We will miss Normie's twinkling eyes, smile and laughter, and warm hospitality. We will miss you, Normie!
Love,
Sally (Tretsch) Slack and family

To Barbara's Family, Your mom has been a customer at our car wash for many, many years. She was always a pleasure to chat with. She would bring her car down for a detail, I would give her a ride home, then my husband and I would return her car to her.
I was ALWAYS amazed at her memory ! She always remembered my children, their weddings and the subsequent grandchildren. And she was very proud to talk about her family in Canada. A woman who clearly was very busy helping out at Church. Any appt. had to be scheduled around her Church activities. I am sure she will be missed there.
Rest in Peace Barbara, you are home. Your friends at N. Salina Car Wash
